Must be 18 years old to purchase ticket. Background checks must be completed on required firearms prior to taking possession. All firearms are supplied by and can be picked up at Green Monstah Firearms, LLC in Martinsburg, WV. Winners are responsible for any tax and fees that may apply to prizes. Winner’s present may exchange ticket firearms for $300.00. Winner need not to be present to win. Money, rifles, and handguns will be raffled off during the event. Must be 21 years old to claim handgun. Tickets will be refunded if event is cancelled.  Tickets can be purchased at Middleway Volunteer Fire Company- 110 Dark Hill Lane, Kearneysville WV 25430 or online at middlewayvfc.org.

Contest Rules

• You must be 18 years old to play (rifles) and 21 years to play (handguns).
• For residents outside of West Virginia, the winner is responsible for any and all transfer fees/shipping.
• Winner’s present may exchange ticket firearms for $300.00
• All West Virginia State & Federal Gun Laws apply
• Winners are responsible for any tax and fees that may apply to prizes.
• Winner must be able to pass a background check and is responsible for any applicable fees.
• Middleway Volunteer Fire Company assumes no responsibility for actions taken by the winner of each raffle.
• Unclaimed prizes are forfeited if not claimed within 30 days of raffle drawing.
